At 39, Billy Joe was overweight, smoking two packs a day, and watching his parents struggle with heart disease, hypertension, and osteoporosis. He made a decision: to age as well as possible — from the inside out. No steroids, no shortcuts. Just exercise, diet, and both Western and Eastern practices.

Now at 66, he carries many of the same genetic challenges, but handles them differently. For 16+ years he has guided clients who feel lost, frustrated, or defeated toward workouts that work, habits that last, and a genuine belief in their own physical path.
